Are you a driven, relationship-focused sales rep with a passion for women’s fashion and a get-it-done attitude? Do you love building connections, curating collections, and closing deals face-to-face? At Pine Apparel we’ve spent 40+ years helping independent retailers stay on trend with boutique-style, seasonal women’s fashion. We don’t just ship clothes — we bring the showroom to the customer with 300+ samples to see, touch, and try on. As part of our team, you'll represent a fresh, fashion-forward line with exceptional margins, at-once delivery, and loyal customers who love working with us. With Pine Apparel you get more than a dress.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow an established customer base in designated territory.

• Travel within your territory in your Pine Apparel mobile showroom, visiting boutiques and small retailers 5 days a week (3-4 overnight stays per week).

• Build strong relationships with store owners and buyers, providing styling, product knowledge, and top-notch service.

• Prospect and open new accounts through cold calling, referrals, social media, and boots-on-the-ground prospecting.

• Merchandise products in-store and on the road to help retailers visualize collections.

• Keep accurate notes in CRM and complete daily call reports as well as weekly schedule updates.

What You Bring:

• You're outgoing, confident, and love meeting new people — whether in person, over the phone, or online.

• Apparel or gift wholesale experience is a plus, but retail or outside sales background works too.

• You understand fashion trends, fabrics, sizing, and how to merchandise products effectively. A passion for fashion is a must.

• You’re organized, independent, and motivated.

• You have a strong sense of ownership and aren’t afraid of a little healthy competition.

• You’re comfortable with tech tools to support remote selling and digital growth.

• You’re ready to hit the road — this is a field-based role.

• Base salary plus commission
